TelePharm is setup to allow you to submit 7 login attempts before you are locked out of your account.
If your login (email address) and password are not entered correctly, you will see the message "Incorrect email or password" highlighted in pink above the login fields:
Once you have made 7 attempts to login with incorrect credentials, you will see the message "Account locked for 10 minutes. To unlock your account sooner, please use the "Forgot your password?" link":
To unlock your account you can:
- Wait 10 minutes (who are we kidding, like you have time for that?)
- Click on the "Forgot your password?" hyperlink under the Login button and follow the directions for resetting your password.
- Contact your administrator and ask them to send you an email link to reset your password.
(If you have a shield icon displayed on your left side bar in TelePharm, this means you are an administrator and can send a reset password link to yourself. You can do this by viewing your own user account and selecting "Reset Password" from the user menu)
NOTE: TelePharm support does not have access to your password and will not be able to reset your password for you.
